I have been experiencing this issue in my MSP tool for quite a while now. Whenever I open the tool, I know that I should select a project. Hi, I have recently installed Microsoft Project and on my first time of using it, the screen comes up but then Project stops working and restarts.

I am using the latest release of MS Project Pro Project crashes every time I click on Visual Reports on the ribbon. I have run micdosoft repair, but it still crashes. Does anyone know of a fix? Then select “Online Repair”. I do not have the Online repair option, maybe because I’m on Windows 7. I have passed your suggestion to our IT department to see if they can help. I’ll update this thread when I get the issue fixed.

Also,Project Server folder is missing from below path \Program Files\Microsoft Office Servers\\WebServices\Shared. I am trying to migrate Project Server Event Handler from Project Server to Project ,and code is not working. Please . Sent the Surface in, got a replacement, and installed Office , which installed and activated without a problem. Project , when I go to activate, keeps telling me “This product cannot be activated because the product key is not valid”.
