I wasn’t going to post this here but I’m stuck and since it was Microsoft’s update that caused the issue, I thought I might see if you had any suggestions, even if it’s a different software.
It uses a program called Control Center 3 which operates the scanner to my printer. It was working up to I believe January 16th, but as of January 18th, after getting a Microsoft update for Windows 10, this program no longer works.
I could be wrong obviously. I have uninstalled the printer, installed it back on, done all that I can think of with no success. Can you tell me a if this is why my scanner no longer works and b a way to fix it or c a different program to use in place of the Control Center 3.
I have searched for something to replace it but I’m not finding anything that sounds like it’s for a printer. Thank You in advance for any help. This thread is locked.
