However, the final part of the mission will not be available until after you acquire the XE suit. Defeating all of Anarky’s rioters and disarming the bombs will give you the heated quickthrow batarang upgrade.

As you draw close, you will notice a bomb that begins to countdown as you engage them. Defeat all of the mob then disable the bomb before time runs out. This riot is located on the West end of the Coventry, near the shipping yard.

Some rioters are fighting amongst themselves, and there is no bomb in need of disarming, so they can be taken out at your leisure.

The third riot is located near the South end of the Coventry, among parking lot where several rioters are beating up a cop and cause a car to explode. Again, there is no bomb to disarm here, so take them out. If you have obtained the XE Suit, you can throw a heated batarang at the unstable stalactite to take out two of the rioters in one attack. It doesn’t finish strong, but Cold, Cold Heart is still a satisfying sliver of Arkham storytelling. In truth, the gameplay has begun to tire slightly — certainly the stealth sections feel strained due to a lack of options — but this is still a strong piece of content and a genuinely pleasant surprise. A simple story without surprises, but it fulfills its work as the first script attempt of a Batman Arkham without Joker. It incorporates a new suit very cool and prominent, by the way and one or two new elements, but it is very continuous.

People was mad. I kinda think WB was like, “Oh you guys dont like our batman? Now he’s a walking tank with neon lights! I was hoping they would put their own twist onto the story as they have seemed to do with the rest of the Arkham franchise, but Cold, Cold Heart was the most predictable and un-original story the arkham series has told thus far.
