Lenovo ideapad G Laptop Video Graphics Driver Download

I just wanted to get advice on the best way to get this keyboard working with Windows I installed the Logitech Gaming Software 9. Note that the laptop was at feature version when I installed that. As it stands, the driver is reported in error. There are no later drivers from Logitech, and I am not sure they will be forthcoming, although I have submitted a request. Where this leaves me is that the keyboard works fine as a standard keyboard.
The driver does allow the little LCD screen to work, and it does allow the programmable G keys, but only if I set them to run executables. The option to set a programmable G key to send keystrokes as a macro is not working at all any more. Also, the volume scroll wheel does not work, and the media buttons do not work. I would like to get these working with Win 10 if possible.
The question is, what can I do to fix this issue? The keyboard was a great productivity tool, but, without the option to program the keystroke macros, it is not any use as an extended keyboard. Further to this, on an older Surface Book 2, playing around with it, it seems that I can get the keyboard driver FULLY working, with G key macros, volume scroll, no driver issue, media keys working, by turning off Memory Integrity in Core Isolation in Windows Security.
It was a very difficult task to even turn the memory Integrity off, and I would rather not do this to the Surface Book 3. I also have a Gs on this PC, which works just fine with Macros. This is a huge problem for me, as I work as a MSP solving issues, and have 18 keys set for shortcuts in our various software. I’m losing almost 40 minutes per DAY of productivity. Let’s see if we can get the Logitech Folks to move the G to the new Logitech G Hub Software, and get a new driver out for this unique legacy product.
No other mainstream Razer, Logi, Corsair seem to be making keyboards for us Macro power users, and it’s a shame. Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn’t help. Thanks for your feedback. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community.

I have the same question Report abuse. Details required :. Cancel Submit. Andrew Mayer MSP. How satisfied are you with this reply? Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site. G’day Andrew. I have given up on Lofitech. I have tried sending multiple questions to Logitech about this, hoping they would update LGS, Or support the G with their new Hub software.
All ended in questions of the “have you tried turning it off and on again” ilk. No genuine attempt to acknowledge that there is an issue. Save the script file. It just cannot send keystrokes. So, set one of your G keys to “execute” your Autoit script file, and as long as the extension is associated with the autoit exe, it will perform your keystrokes, and in my case, without any noticable lag.
Set up as many autoit scripts as you need. I suspect whatever that voodoo was, MS no longer allows for security reasons?? Anyway, I have a solution I believe will work for my use case, but parts are still being shipped. No drivers, no software, it has onboard chip and controls for keyboard settings. Never any chance of driver incompatibility as it is a generic keyboard The secret sauce will then come from a Koolertron programmable keyboard.
It is a QMK keyboard, with 24 programmable keys. You set it up with software, but once set up, all of the brains are on the keyboard. It just sends keystrokes like you would do manually. It will work on any PC, as no software or drivers are required once configured.
I am relatively certain that this should get past my issues when i go in to an RDP season, as the magic is in the keyboard, not in windows drivers or software. Will post back here when i get it working if you are interested. This site in other languages x.
