Thanks god! I probably should have made my prior post a question list and to post responses. For example, if you check Indexing Status in step 1 of the previous post what does it show?
Try and use any insight from the previous post if there are any indications there that could help. Also, if you click into the search box, to the right of it should show Current Mailbox. Change the search scope there and see if changing to any of the scopes and searching a word returns results. I can’t believe this type of service from Microsoft.
Since last two weeks we’re facing a trouble in Outlook Search but they aren’t updating us with a fix solution. Released Security update KB doesn’t fix the problem till now. And the users are still facing headache in search. Kindly do solve the issue ASAP because we are almost tired with this issue. I don’t know how many times I have to write here to get a solution, and you know I don’t have any words left behind to update my users.

But I found a second way for outlook search, there are two security updates which are affecting the search result. In most of the systems I found this method is working fine but one or two systems we need to do one more step after following the above process.
