Thank you so much for trying to help me. Sorry I tried all the procedures that you wrote. Nothing worked. Wow so frustrating.. I even tried to update the AMD Radeon HD the actual one that came with my computer stays the same and windows always says its up to date.

I am really confused because movie maker only shows visible clips with choppiness,slow running application,audio is messy..

I really don’t understand why windows 10 is the newest application would even add a out dated Microsoft Basic Display adapter to windows Confused very much on how that even happened and it simply to me makes no sense.

And when I go to the apps store all the free apps are no help. I have not tried to purchase none of the apps that are shown to buy. I do not have any money to waste on some products of which might not help this tedious situation. I am thinking seriously of getting rid of windows 10 if I don’t get this resolved real soon.

I recently downloaded windows Now I am having serious problems with windows movie maker. I have never had an issue with movie maker until now. I recently went to Toshiba support to update it. And when I updated it,I still am having problems regardless of Driver updates. I updated to Microsoft Basic Display Adapter in which windows movie maker now show me visible clips,but now the video quality is choppy and the sound is off.

Its not playing the way it did in windows 8. I have been trying to resolve the issue. Now when I open windows movie maker it says if I experience slow performance using movie maker that I need to install a driver for my video card or update my current one. I tried updating through Toshiba and I kept having the same problem. Now that I have Microsoft Basic Adapter Driver the quality of movie maker is choppy,messed up speed when I play a video.

The Intel Iris Plus Graphics is what is left over. I booted it in safe mode and still only had Intel Iris Plus Graphics.
