The signatures I need to sign have to be time stamped or a few states will not accept our signed document. And Wisconsin requires me to be able to lock the document after adding the signature. These are all things I was able to do on the prior version of Adobe I had. Just now with the version I have now. Not sure if it is my settings or I am just doing something wrong.
