I recently upgraded from Win 7 to Win I have used Seagate Manager for backup for several years without any problems.
After upgrading, Seagate Manage does not recogize either of my external seagate drives. The drives are recognized by the computer listed in “This PC”, and can be accessed. However, Seagate Manage cannot find either drive. This thread is locked. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread.
